Services

Scope of work is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Retainer clients are invoiced monthly in advance. One-off projects are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Payment is due within 7 days.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds are charged at the standard hourly rate.

Turnaround is agreed at briefing. Any delays are communicated promptly.

You retain full ownership of your content. By submitting footage, you confirm that you have the right to share it with Stop The Edit for editing.

Stop The Edit may include completed work in its portfolio and showreel unless the client requests otherwise.

White label clients operate under full confidentiality. The existence of the relationship is not disclosed without written consent.

Stop The Edit is not liable for loss of submitted footage. Clients are advised to retain backup copies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
